About Us

We're a full-service dermatology practice, conveniently located near the intersection of E Dupont and Interstate 69 in Fort Wayne, IN.

We specialize in providing professional treatment for skin diseases, as well as high-quality cosmetic care for wrinkles, aging skin, scars and more.

Dr. Keith B. Danckaert, MD
A graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, Dr. Danckaert completed a medical internship at UCLA-affiliated hospitals and his residency training in dermatology at the University of California at Irvine. After residency, Dr. Danckaert received specialized training in MOHS surgery, the the most advanced procedure available to treat skin cancer, from Frederick Mohs, the father of MOHS surgery.

Dr. Danckaert has also had extensive post-residency training in reconstructive plastic surgery, laser surgery and chemical peels. He resides in Fort Wayne with his wife.
